This hoodie deserves every one of its five stars. The thick material feels premium and warm, and the long body and sleeves create such a flattering, cosy fit. The thumb holes are a brilliant touch — ideal for chilly days and unbeatable comfort. Sizing is exactly right, and the quality is even better than expected. I’m so impressed I’ve already placed another order. This is the kind of hoodie you end up living in.
Whilst the quality of the product is excellent, the customer service is appalling. Hoodie took 13 days to arrive, 2 emails unanswered and no answer on the phone. Communication is key, you only need to tell me it was going to be late. Reluctant to order again despite loving the product
